RICS
GEA is a fully regulated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the world’s leading body for monitoring professional standards in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure and was originally established in the UK by Royal Charter in the 1800’s.
The ‘Regulated by RICS’ standard means that a rigorous assessment has been undertaken to ensure GEA adhere to the RICS’ codes of conduct, and its professional standards and scrutiny. It also identifies the need to ensure that staff receive regular training and continual professional development within their field.
Graham Ellis was voted ‘Technical Surveyor’ of the year in 1996, for his services to the profession and his charity work over 40 years, raising over £500,000 for worthy causes.
